Promising place. Walked in after dinner for a glass of wine. Was moved from a table to bar seats. Wine was served that was opened the day before and oxidized. When we asked to get a replacement the waiter argued with us. Ended up ordering a cocktail instead. Watched rats crawl around in the outside eating area. Hope the inside was not as infested.
