Tucked away in a side street nearby Trajan’s Market, it’s a refined and formal restaurant that’s great for sitting down to relax after an energetic morning. The food here, as is standard in Rome, is of excellent quality, the Beef Tartare and the Amatriciana I can attest to. If you arrive when they open, they should be able to fit you in without a reservation, but this is subject to circumstance. Great place for lunch, highly recommend.

Despite not being the most fabulous food or with the most affordable prices, the overall made the visit worthwhile, especially the warm and attentive service from the waiter.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. The carbonara and the tiramisu were the best I've had in Rome. There's not a single thing on the menu that I didn't enjoy (we tried it all!) Just as fun for a date as it was with a larger group. The service was incredible but the food was even better. I don't think you'll find better pasta anywhere in Italy!
