Underrated. What a meal! Great location overlooking the city. I had the seasonal white truffle menu, and frankly, it was plain amazing. The Alba truffle was about the highest quality I've ever smelled and eaten, and every single one of the dishes was crafted and executed to perfection. The chef made sure the white gold was not just an expensive supplement but truly added to the taste profiles of every individual dish. So much fabulous complexity! The Barolo pairing with a vintage Dom Perignon (!) accompanying the starter was a brilliant recommendation by the sommelier. Overall, the staff was very attentive, friendly, personal, and perfectly trained. I am seriously clueless as to why this place only has one star. Highly recommended!
