This was the absolute worst Italian restaurant I have been to in my life. I’ve enjoyed many fine Italian trattorias in New York City, Washington DC and in several visits to Rome. I’m a studied Italian cook myself. My dish was an artichoke on Fettuccine and it was overly oily, without any other flavor but olive oil,, and the pasta was undercooked, not al dente. The service was poor, inattentive. The restaurant did not seem to want American diners. The menu was entirely in Italian and required translation. We managed the language barrier.but it was impossible to request Parmesan or salt pepper to season my dish which desperately needed seasoning. Perhaps the restaurant hated my party, maybe it was an off night. But trust me, the food and service were terrible.

Ora di pranzo, mi presento sul posto all'orario di prenotazione: tutto pronto mi accomodo.
Cameriere giovane,davvero garbato e intelligente.
Servizio veloce, pane ottimo, carciofo alla romana superlativo nella sua semplicità;
Trippa alla romana: calcolando che son andato li su consiglio di amici, son rimasto deluso, buona ma sommersa da formaggio e sapore nascosto.
Prezzi modoci.
