We had grilled beef fillet, calamari, primitivo, artichokes and tiramisu.
All was very tasty, especially wine and artichokes.
Place was also not overcrowded by tourists which felt great.

The food here is nothing short of spectacular. Our group of five, with very diverse tastes, was thoroughly impressed. Personally, I've never tasted a pasta cacio e pepe so delicate and flavorful at the same time. Each dish seemed to be crafted with care and attention to detail.
And let's talk about the wine selection...wow! It's extensive and offers something for every palate. Ubaldo guided us through the wine list and menu with expertise and patience, elevating our dining experience even further.
Conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Pantheon, it's a perfect spot to indulge after exploring Rome's historic treasures. While we managed to snag a table without a reservation, I highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you don't miss out on this culinary delight.
Overall, Enoteca & Taverna Capranica exceeded our expectations in every way. From the food to the service, it's an experience worth savoring. I wish I'd known this place earlier.
