Unfortunately it has been changed.. the meet was poor and we got it burn from the outside and raw from inside, the service was insulting!! We gave back all of the food.
So sorry to give this credit to the restaurant but it was the worst restaurant in Rome and didn't want that other people will experience that.
I ordered wagyu as I missed wagyu beef. Of course I didn’t expect it to be as good as wagyu beef in Japan. It tastes bitter and not tender at all…
However the burger was good.
Maybe I was just unlucky with that wagyu that day.
