Great location and the staff is super helpful! Only issue is that I have asked for a receipt emailed 3x and still haven’t received it (and am unable to call from my US phone). Can someone please help me with this?

The staff and attention is 10/10, everyone is super nice. However, it was slightly disappointing to hear the roof top has been closed for over a year and it’s not shown anywhere. Gym is also a room converted, so not ideal. No restaurant either…Considering these things, I think the hotel is overpriced and needs some serious investment

Street does not look very attractive but it is actually a great location
