I liked it very much overall although the rooftop was closed because of works in progress and it was impacting the rest of the building as the heating was not working in the corridors.
Beyond that it holds a very nice mix of modern, fresh style, with some high end touches all together in a renovated old style classical building.
Good buffet breakfast.
The reception staff was young and despite they were nice and willing to help, they were too inexperienced to solve a couple of small issues we had. I bit disappointing, but did not impact my good impression about the hotel overall.
The location is INSANE. Truly walking distance to everything and anything; so many good options, next to shopping, etc.
The breakfast was free for us since I’m ambassador and it was really great. The staff is really really wonderful and attentive. The cleaning staff unfortunately didn’t get to our room one day and made up for it with some extra goodies. Very kind of them.
The room was perfect: good showers, comfortable beds, all the outlets worked, perfect amenities.
The hotel unfortunately is undergoing some renovations so the rooftop bar wasn’t open but that’s ok. (Just heads up if this on your to-do list)
