I highly recommend wonderful hotel and staff was lovely. Located block from the square

The staff were all friendly, and the hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms could use a little help though. The bed caves in towards the middle so you're rolling inward, and the A/C was quite loud; it was also incredibly humid in the room. One day the TV stopped working and kept saying it lost signal. Sadly, that signal was never recovered. Overall this is a great hotel, it just needs some adjustments.

This was such a great experience. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a pretty view of the courtyard. The courtyard itself was beautiful and great for sitting and relaxing in. Hotel location was perfect as well, so close to everything.

The location was excellent within blocks.of Bourbon St..,the water front, and many restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us an early check and late check out. The outdoor courtyard was peaceful and a nice place to reset after being out all day. Neaby convenient store handy. The hotel exterior could use some updates in the way of new carpet and fresh paint on doorways..The carpet in our building was dirty and worn..The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. The doors are noisy when the close from nearby rooms.
