Comfortable bed and elegant decoration.
Room right next to the staff room is incredibly noisy.
Woke up many times at night due to loud corridor doors, but also at 6am with maintenance staff pushing trolleys.

Hotel bar struggles with service. Tried to get a coffee at 3 in the afternoon but bartenders just pointing fingers at one another. Also trying to enjoy an evening beer but 1 bartender serving 15+ people at the bar.

Nice hotel in Brooklyn with a large and comfortable restroom with delicious bakery and may restaurants the service was perfect and just walked couple minutes to the shopping center , Bushwick Inlet Park and the East River.

Love staying at the Hoxton Williamsburg! The lady at reception was super helpful and let us extend our checkout.
Bed is always super comfortable and rooms are clean.
The main issue with the hoxton is there isn’t room for hotel guests to lounge / sit in the main lounge or bar area because of people working on laptops.
This is an issue for guests who want somewhere to relax after exploring Williamsburg (and wasn’t a problem a few years back when visiting). A possible solution would be to keep some tables / sofas reserved for guests of the hotel who are paying for a number of days versus someone paying for a coffee.

The hotel was spotless, very clean with an amazing view. This hotel is located in a great area and is very accessible to both Manhattan and Brooklyn. The staff and the hotel manager Serjunior Joseph were very welcoming and pleasant.

The bar of the hotel is more of a coworking space than a cool place, will all tables being « booked » by people who would order one coffee and spend then countless hours, leaving just no place for guests of the hotel willing to chill a bit after visiting the district. We asked then to the hostess whether we could sit for a one hour break in the restaurant part of the hotel to get a coffee and the latter just said « no ». Not the service I would have expected after staying 2 nights there.

This hotel and the incredibly friendly staff made our anniversary trip memorable! I love the location as it is close to so many restaurants, bars, and the Williamsburg waterfront.

Solid place to stay. Great rooftop restaurant and bar. Good coffee in the lobby. My only advice would be to avoid the even number rooms if you intend to open a window. The noise from the ventilation system in the building next door is too loud.
