Good blackout curtains, high shower head, good a/c, fairly quiet, guest laundry on 4!, great location if you need to be in Harlem.

I never write negative reviews but think one is warranted in this case. The website and reviews are generally positive which drew me in to book at the hotel. It was a very bad experience. The area lacks amenities. The heating unit in my room popped all night long. And, I didn’t have hot water in the morning. All this for $300/night. I checked out early and moved to a different hotel. Marriott needs to take a hard look at this property. Beware.

I checked into the humble room(the room gives hostel), and my room was dirty. The front desk told me that they could not change the room only the sheets..
