I didn’t have many expectations of this place but glad I was wrong. First off the price was actually affordable and the room was comfortable. What makes me give this place 5 stars is the staff. From being able to check in early or food advice the front desk staff was incredible.

Sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Kaffee und Tee gibt’s auch kostenlos. Im Zimmer gibt es auch eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich. Mein Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass in dem Hotel Obdachlose untergebracht werden. An sich ist es ja eine gute Sache, aber die Gäste werden darüber nicht informiert und wenn man am Morgen aus dem Hotel geht, lassen sich viele von Ihnen direkt davor antreffen und es herrscht eine eher unangenehme Stimmung..Deshalb einen Stern abzug.

We stayed here before because my daughter lives nearby. We like it this hotel a lot because it’s close to the subway, easy to find, close to Essex Market and the service is great. Our room is a little small for full sized 3 adults but it’s clean, co for table and has nice amenities. I do recommend and the price is right.
