5 star, I had a beautiful 1 bedroom suite with beautiful views of the city and park. The staff was so friendly. My only complaint was the food wasn't that good for room service and they should remodel the rugs.

John, Joe, & all the hotel personnel were nothing but professional, kind, very helpful, and respectful. They maybe big guys but they are gental giants who are there for the guests.

There was no Halloween gifts or decorations at all!

We have been treated like nobodies.

Our Park view room was a tree view room. 3rd floor should not be sold as a Park View.
We have been cold all night long. The water of the shower was not warm enough.

We asked for a reimboursement of 2 nights on 3 leaving after the first night and the deal we have been proposed was to pay 2 nights on 3 while staying just one.

That is a shame !! I will never go back to one of the Trump hotel. Will never use again my Trump Card.

We have finsihed our stay in NYC 20 metres from this hotel.

The Mandarin was just amazing.

Hotel jest w świetnej lokalizacji, zaraz obok metra, przy samym parku, mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na Central Park i spędziliśmy tam 9 dni. Wszystko jest juz bardzo zużyte, meble są poobijane, klimatyzacja zasyfiona tak ze wchodząc do pokoju mieliśmy wiecznie katar. Nasz pokój miał mała kuchnie takze świetnie nadaje sie na dłuższy pobyt. W hotelu jest tylko jedna restauracja z dwoma gwiazdami przez co ceny posiłków są z kosmosu a wybór dań naprawdę słaby. W pokoju mieliśmy pusty minibar, za 700$ za dobe spodziewałem się czegoś o wiele lepszego.

Maravilhosa è sensação de entrar e estar neste hotel .
Bom gosto,requinte, bem estar simpatia transborda por toda a parte .
Quartos limpos, arrumados a parecerem novos a estrear servidos de uma seria de eletrodomésticos.
Obrigado pela dedicatória especial e pela oferta de uma agradável e saborosa caixinha de bombons.
Talvez um único ponto fraco a pouca quantidade das louçãs de mesa .
Experimentem as louças Vista Alegre são só perfeitas
Aliás esta empresa tem um serviço de mesa na Casa branca .
Obrigado Sr. Presidente Trump e boa sorte para o futuro.
