Hotel Belleclaire is the reason we go to NYC. My kids love it, the staff is exceptional and the location unmatched. We used to live in NYC and now when we go back we head to the Belleclaire where we are usually welcomed by Maria and Shanier, who are both exceptional. Any issues we have Michael solves and always makes us feel special. Last time we were there one of my kids spilled an excessive amount of liquid at night and Johan from the cleaning staff was so incredible that it prompted me to write this review. I can't say enough good things about this Hotel. In a city with lots of choices Hotel Belleclaire is at the top.

Great area, very close to the subway on 72nd, quick walk to the park and the cafe attached is very nice

We stayed for a night in a premium king room. While yes, it's pricey, the location can't be beat. The room itself was nice and spacious, and felt very clean. The bed was comfy. The hvac unit is easy to control and actually is very quiet! Hard to notice it's on - if you like using the room hvac as white noise, you won't be able to do that here!

As we were on the 9th floor, traffic noise was minimal (and the room window is quite small). However, it is very easy to hear people from other rooms or the hallway - bring earplugs if this bothers you!

The coupons for breakfast were a nice touch. The cafe attached to the hotel has great pastries!

As a side note, the elevators are VERY small - if you're claustrophobic, I'd highly recommend asking for a lower floor and taking the stairs!

מלון טוב על רחוב ברודווי - סמוך למוזיאון הטבע באפר ווסט סייד. המלון מתוחזק מצויין כולל החדר המסדרונות והלובי. החדרים קטנים יחסית כיאה למנהטן. לובי קטן ומזמין - בערב נפתח שם בר. נותנים שוברים של 10 דולר לאדם ליום לארוחה בבית קפה או מסעדה סמוכים. השירות מצויין!! דאגו מייד לכל מה שביקשנו, כולל החלפת חדר, תוספת מגבות, מגהץ, כסא נוסף וכמובן סייעו עם פתיחת החדר בשבת.. ורוניקה בקבלה פשוט מקסימה ונעימה נתנה הרגשה מעולה ותמיד שמחה לעזור. מומלץ!!
