The Warwick is a lovely hotel with an interesting history. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The surface impressions are great. Once you get deeper into your stay, the cracks start to show. The tub didn't drain, there was dried coffee on the table that remained through my 4 day visit. The lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't work and housekeeping left a half-used container of conditioner left over from someone else for me to use. They didn't refill the cream or sugar for coffee, twice. On the desk, they posted a full menu with a phone number for the restaurant to call for pick-up but they are only open for breakfast. There is no room service or food available after 11am. The worst thing was finding two cockroaches and the duvet smelled like human sweat. I would not recommend this hotel.

Imagine being blamed by management for being trapped in their elevator for 45 minutes…. That’s all I have to say.

Rooms were old and dated. The bathroom shower was clogged. The service was nice, and the location was excellent.
