location of the hotel to our restaurant and theater was great. same block. very convenient. half a block off Broadway. 10 minute uber ride from the ferry (from NJ)
get in the room it's 79 degrees at 330pm.
set the thermostat to cool & 65.
get back from the show at 945pm and it's still 77 degrees.
didn't have time to really check out the amenities.
doormen and folks at the desk were great.

Great location and service, but be aware that wifi is very slow and not reliable. Since I am staying at a 1 bed room Deluxe suite, I don't have any complaints about size of rooms.

Very professional and friendly staff! They helped us a lot after our flight was delayed and we suddenly needed two additional rooms ASAP! This hotel also includes a fantastic bar on the second floor with a great selection of wines and spirits/cocktails. At 5pm they had free wine tasting with cheeses. In addition they have a wonderful restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And to top it all off it's right next to Times Square. As far as traffic, there isn't a lot of cars or foot traffic, even in the evening. Phenomenal location for tourism or professional visits for those in Manhattan.
The room was nice as well and I’d come again!
