Should be more of a 1-2 stars hotel at most. No refrigerator in rooms. First time I see this and I traveled accros the US and many countries. They could install one for an extra fee.
They don’t keep your luggages either, unless you pay for an extra fee as well; same shock again as it’s the first time I see this. Even the cheapest hotel I’ve been to offer that service for free.
Impossible to get Netflix work on the tv. Needed to install a bunch of app, scan some qr code, yet never manage to get it work…

Great place to stay! So close to Times Square. Will definitely visit again!

Hotel charged $120 a welcoming facility fee on check in, hotel lobby was under construction, other seating areas restricted, charged me $3 a bag when dropping off on last day. Which surprised me as I had paid already. Cleaners where Fab and location. Lifts where long wait, rooms not great condition, facilities not finished, management after all my $. Defo won’t return

Great location minutes away from times square . Rooms are small but you're not there so didn't bother me at all. Brilliant value for money
Don't let the often not pleasant attitude of the front desk employees keep you from enjoying a night 100 ft from Times Square with Sound proof rooms, modest amenities which means your not putting down $100 on a extra fee for a hotdog and a Fallout shelter to boot what else can a "Doomsday Prepper" i mean tourist want.
