Staff were friendly, but the room was very dark and dull with an ugly view out of the window. Beds were comfy though and room seemed clean.

I booked through Expedia all the pics that they have on Expedia and the hotel website is a scam
This is how the rooms really look like with smelly carpet.
Paid 1200 for this for 4 nights.

The rooms and elevators are tiny but serviceable. The lobby and staff are great. Right across the street from the Richard Rodgers theater and a block off time square. You can't beat the location. So happy we booked this hotel. It was a key part of a great trip to NYC.

This hotel is a great ????location in Middle town of NYC but wasn’t 4 stars hotel ????????????????. In Room : No fridge, bottle of water or drinks at all. Specially Bathrooms No toothbrush ???? No toothpaste even No cup for teeth brushing. Receptionist not really friendly & very darkly environment & all lilts are uncleaned.
Some things to note... no coffee in rooms, no wash cloth in bathrooms. Lobby is under construction and if they tell you to use electrical outlets (I needed to charge phone) on floor - Don't, they are not safe and don't work anyway. If you arrive early they will charge you to store your luggage. $2 before check-in, $3 after check-out but you can go in to retrieve items if needed.
