For the money and location, you really can't beat this hotel! Right in the middle of all your favorite Broadway events! Especially my favorite, Sweeny Todd! 3 minute walk to the middle of Time Square. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that is pretty standard for Manhattan/New York. Very clean rooms though and the staff there are super nice and friendly especially the room attendants!

Great central location. Staff knowledgeable. However, the building is around 100 years old with maintenance getting behind schedule. Air-conditioning noisy and seemed like controls were being overridden by alien force located somewhere else. No fridge or coffee/tea making facilities. The ice machine on the 4th floor died on our 2nd day and remained broken for the rest of our stay. TV broken - turned on OK but unable to pick up any channels. Number 2 elevator of 4 died on our first day with the door locked into constant open/close cycle. Fixed but appeared to want to fail again at any time. Most expensive room in 7 weeks in USA and the smallest.

pictures on website were misleading, in person it does not look like that at all.. it was a very small room. not at all what i expected. service was not great. do not recommend.

Das Hotel ist super zentral, trotzdem für New York ziemlich leise. Betten waren perfekt und soweit war alles auch gut gepflegt. Für das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis in der zentralen Lage wirklich zu empfehlen. Gutes WLAN und Getränke kann man sich kostenlos zubereiten bzw heißes Wasser und kaltes gibt's im 4 Stock. Fenster lassen sich schwer öffnen was zwischendurch mal ganz schön gewesen wäre. Insgesamt würde ich jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel absteigen. Daumen hoch!
