Hotel rooms were cold ,in semi darness all day long, and the toilet looked out onto the hotel opposite,The continental breakfast wasn't the greatest, bread was stale and had a toaster that never toasted the bread!
The breakfast was a let down considering it was an extra £200 for the ten days!
Becareful they stop you a £300 for a so called deposit,
Location was excellent
It was a shame about the cold rooms( we had snow and was below freezing for most of the time I was there)
I have been to new york a few times and recognise that the hotel rooms will always be on the small side, but I got a chest infection due to the cold rooms in this hotel, the heating blew out cold air and made a noise like a fridge freezer,that kept you awake all night!
Shame as staff and cleaners ,and the general look of the hotel was good!/
And 25$ of extra taxes for every night
El hotel está bien, con luz tenue durante todo el dia.
Es muy silencioso, lo q se agradece para descansar.
Ej general esta muy limpio.
El desayuno es justo, un pequeño bufet, pero tienen café y agua todo el día en la recepción.
