This hotel was superb and in such a great location! Just 30 seconds from the red steps in Times Square, it was close enough to the hustle and bustle but absolutely silent in the room which was bliss after a busy day. All the staff from cleaners to door men to reception were lovely, kind and helpful and really friendly too. Free teas and drinks available all day, subway about 20 seconds away, what more can you want? Room is slightly small but that's normal for New York and nothing I would hold against them. We found the hotel trendy and cool and would go back again!

La camera era un po' piccolina per quattro persone, ma indubbiamente pulita e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Manhattan e non solo. Colazione esclusivamente dolce ma comunque soddisfacente.

Absolutely fabulous experience. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and many went out of their way to assist us. We did have a suite which was spacious and well appointed, exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, and the property was quite clean. We’ll look to book here first next time we’re in the city.

Location - Brilliant. A two-minute walk and you're in the centre of Times Square which, for us as new visitors to NYC, was an amazing first sight to take in! Also walking distance to Empire State, Grand Central, Central Park etc. Despite being so close to Times Square, we slept excellently every night (once boiler noise issue had been sorted on first night - we received earlier plugs while they sorted the issue which were very helpful).
Service - guys on the doors and reception wished us a good day every single morning and were always on hand for help. The only disappointment for us was the breakfast. There was a lot of food (Bagels, toast, jam, cereal, juice, fruit), but if you're looking for something varied/relatively healthy then this isn't the place. Had cooked breakfasts in places way cheaper than this and we felt like we'd eaten a dessert most mornings.
Rooms - very darkly lit with no natural light and little room to put your suitcases/clothes, but the bed was very comfortable and we slept well every night. Shower was great!
All in all, a nice hotel with pleasant staff in a great location.

2 min walk to Time Square and to many attractions in walking distance. Comfortable shoes very much needed.
