这家1916年的精品酒店 的声誉是无可比拟的：装饰精美的客房是迷人的，豪华的，而且阳台是宏伟的。这些都是舒适和功能的结合，如果说这家酒店是经常被度假的家庭和出差的客户使用的话，那也是如此。我的想法是让你像当地人一样生活在纽约!酒店位于中央公园、洛克菲勒中心、布鲁明戴尔百货公司、第五大道和纽约现代艺术博物馆附近，地理位置优越，质量与价格相称。

Danny de Brasil es excelente ser humano. Hotel limpio, bonito, cómodo, pero en amabilidad y desayuno se colgaron.

I rated as 5 stars but only thing I could not stand was every second day they did not provide coffee and said “today there is no coffee”. People who stay couple of days once they would pass through this once and that is ok. But i was there 10 days, 4-5 times i ve seen and how hard can it be to provide black coffee please…

Stayed for 4 nights , I booked 2 rooms one year ago and requested a room with 2 beds for adult sons , got to hotel and this was not the case meaning my 20 year son had to sleep on the floor for 4 nights ! Hotel staff completely unhelpful and unwilling to help! Acted like it was my fault somehow !! Really disappointed!!!

llegue al hotel el 12, ingrese a un hotel totalmente viejo, sucio y descuidado, el lobby, los ascensores, los pasillos, las alfombras. Me dieron una habitacion con las cortinas sucias, la cama en malas condiciones, el colchon totalmente vencido, una verguenza. no funcionaba la calefaccion en la habitacion habia una estufa. Solicite que cambiaran de habitacion y la respuesta fue que esa era la mejor habitacion que tenian. Reclame en booking que fue la empresa por la cual contrate ese hotel, y ellos me respondieron que no podian hacer nada ya que el pago fue al hotel directamente. pase una muy mala noche, y dormir vestido en la cama que no estaba en condiciones y causo un dolor intenso de espalda por motivo del colchon.
En el momento me retire del hotel, el 13 de marzo, y compre un pasaje de vuelta a mi pais culminando mis vacaciones una manera horrible. Es una verguena, una estafa ya que venden algo que no es real. no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion

You can’t even open the windows for some fresh air. The bathroom is ok. The staff service was fine although I encountered a lady with poor service at checkout. Location is good at Lexington and 57th
This is a place that I will probably won’t come back to.
