the superior king room is tiny, no air in the bathroom, everything is getting old here… dust mites everywhere in the room, impossible to breathe without an anti allergen. It was a painful experience.

Great experience! Great customer service (especially from Alex)! Loved the location for getting around soho and the daily champagne in the lobby.

Beautiful, clean and quiet. The atmosphere is cool and modern. The location is great, close to everything. The service is amazing. Will definitely come back.
