Used Chase free rewards night to book a room in September, but later got cancelled by customer service. The reason for cancellation was that Hotel will be closed. Not sure if it's really closed or just don't want to sell free rewards night.

This hotel is apparently closed. Unfortunately we learned of this on the night of our reservation, after a long flight from the west coast. Unclear what is happening here but would not recommend anyone booking. They’ll leave you high and dry with no where to stay.

No need to stay here, they will cancelled you! My stay was cancelled on 15 june 2023, two days before my schedule to stay on 17 june 2023.. i am not notice! When i opened agoda apk on 17 june 2023, 1 hours before I departed to the hotel i just know my hotel was cancelled, where now it is impossible to get another hotel, no need to booked this sucks hotel! I already booked this hotel and finish the payment on march, 3 month before!!! I know, they cancalled because the rate when i booked was cheap usd 200, and now is school holiday , the rate was up to be usd 400, NO NEED TO BOOKED THIS HOTEL!

Quite aweful. Expensive, worn out and dirty.
Our stay was cancelled on Jun 14 2023 and I hadn't been notified until the day our family was boarding the flight from Berlin to JFK airport. Booked from IHG official website two months in advance, even have checked in through the link from IHG. Terrible!
