Love the Franklin! Rooms are tight but clean and nice, the location is terrific, and the staff we interact with (Jasmine and Xioshara(sp)), are absolutely fabulous!

Cancelled after the first night and booked at a better hotel. Would rather not visit NYC at all than stay here again. Bathroom was so small it hurt my back- and I'm an athlete. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff was nice. That's the only positive thing I have to say.

This was our first stay on the Upper East Side, and it could not have been better. My husband and I stayed in a double room with our 8 year old son, and the room was quiet, clean, and comfortably sized for the city. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site coffee bar was a nice convenience. It was a short cab ride from LGA and convenient walking distance to The Met and Central Park. Would definitely stay here again!
