I love this hotel. Stayed Thursday, April 4, 2023. The room was small but updated and nicely decorated. I was an international flight attendant for 23 years and have stayed in hotels hundreds of times all around the world. This hotel has the best vibe and nicest employees I have ever met. My first night there but I will be back. My daughter lives around the corner and I will stay here exclusively from this day forward.

I have stayed in hotels all over New York City, and the Voco on 164 East 87th was by far the best. It is a hidden gem with excellent rooms and beautiful decor. The rooms are quaint with beautiful floors and ceilings, light fixtures, and lovely chairs. The beds are so comfortable as well.
I was really taken aback by how quiet the area was. No loud bars or clubs, just a quiet street on the Upper East Side. It was delightful!
The best part of my 7 day stay was the excellent customer service by every staff member. Housekeeping came every day and was fantastic. Glenn and Jeremy were the perfect hosts; so kind and friendly, always there to help or say something nice. The young ladies were also friendly and helpful. That kind of customer attention just doesn’t happen in most NYC hotels. Everyone was kind and didn’t have their hand out for a tip; just good ole customer service there.
I highly recommend the Voco, and hope I get to stay there again very soon.

Es un muy bien hotel en Manhattan, a muy buen precio. Me agradó mucho, si quieres algo mejor debes tener más dinero. Altamente recomendable si visitas NYC.
