We had a wonderful week long stay at the Empire Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect; especially if you are a lover of the performing arts. The area is somewhat quiet and very safe with lots of nearby attractions and restaurants. The service was excellent! The only thing that would have made the stay better was having in room coffee. I would highly recommend the Empire to anyone planning a trip to NYC!

This hotel is in need of major renovations as you can see from the pictures. The service was great Niya assisted with my concerns but she could only do so much. The hotel needs to spend the money and do a full rehab because it's a dump.
