The room I have at 4rt floor is very noisy. I switch off the room heater to minimize the noise, but there still lot of noise from outside . It seems like the hotels heater or something from outside that cause it. Not very good experience .

The hotel is in a prime location, clean for the most part, close to a lot of stores and food options. Decent price for rooms a night. No coffee or tea machines in the rooms or options for either at the hotel. Only basic channels to watch on the television and service are not compatible with mirroring your devices or streaming app features. There is no streaming app feature at all. Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Check-in is at 3pm, our rooms were not available until 4:30pm. I would book again due to the prime location the hotel sits in; I now know what to expect and how to plan my stay in the future. It's definitely worth checking out.

My wife and I recently spent four nights here. It is a wonderful location if you have plans to attend an event or two at Lincoln Center.
Our room, when we arrived, was over eighty degrees and it was obvious that the AC was not doing its job. After a couple of conversations with the staff, Niya found us another room and upgraded us as well.
Thanks so very much for making our memorable stay even more memorable. We look forward to our next visit.

Εξυπηρέτηση πολύ καλή, κάθε μέρα αλλαγή σε πετσέτες και σαπούνι. Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για να κινηθεί κανείς στην πόλη, (κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό).
