Rooms weren't great, service was worse. Stayed here for business. First there was no TV remote for the room, it took over 2 hours and various calls to the front desk to get this resolved. AC in the room was difficult to control and very loud. The first morning, the shower pressure was not working and took a while for water to come out. The 2nd night, the front desk ran out of water bottles and one of the male receptionists were extremely rude to my wife and I. Location was good and upstairs bar was decent, but I would never in good faith recommend someone staying here.

Cracked ceilings in all 3 rooms our party stayed in. One bed looked like I had been chewed on. No coffee makers in the rooms(!?!). Windows very dirty. You expect more from a 4 star (?!?) hotel and the price.

Chambre petite et pas d'armoire ou placard pour ranger ses vêtements. Pas de machine à café, ce qui est dommage car pas de petits-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Very noisy room. We were on the 5th floor and it was almost like the dual glazed windows were open. We had a hard time sleeping most nights due to noise. This is an old style hotel with no fans in the bathroom and an overall tired dated look with odd dark wall paper in the narrow hallways. Our bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling. Having said that and aside from the noise, the staff was great and the location was central enough to walk to most sites. They were also one of the few hotels that offered rooms large enough to accommodate dual beds and a hide-a-bed.
