A couple subway stops nearby and the Brooklyn bridge in the back yard made it easy to get around and see a TON. Service was excellent and super friendly. Ashamedly, we ordered some ranch or Caesar dressing from room service for our Joe’s pizza from next door (which was really the quite nice restaurant downstairs). While informing me they did not serve these at the moment, room service was cut off by the chef and they said they would “see what they could find” as a replacement. A few minutes later, a knock on our door, and we had a custom single serving of Caesar whipped up by Chef and it was delectable. That alone showed their commitment to service and won our hearts forever

The bar is my favorite place to visit. Classy and quiet enough to have a conversation. Comfortable seatings. Great cocktails and nice servers.

A very chic beautiful hotel. Well maintained and good vibe. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Incredible service throughout our entire stay. The room was luxurious, beautifully decorated, clean, incredibly comfortable and spacious (for NYC). No noise from outside or in the hotel. Temple Bar is wonderful and room service breakfast was delicious. Hope to stay here again one day!
