Amazing location and awesome staff! Rooms were everything you need for a quick NYC trip. Every inch of the room felt thoughtfully designed and the amenities (rainfall shower, mirror lighting, temp control, light control, streaming and airplay options) absolutely lived up to expectations. It’s easy to get uptown but is a relatively quiet area for Manhattan.

Great location. Small and simple rooms. Very clean. Comfy mattresses. Good showers. Great co-working space. Decent breakfast. Incredible views from rooftop bar.

Only things to improve are the frequent technical issues with check-in and the in-room controls. Everything seems to work between 60-70% of the time, but this seems to be a common theme with most CitizenM hotels.

Oh, and the comically thick pillows, designed to prop necks at a 45 degree angle from the human spine.

But when they’ve sorted those things out, it’ll be perfect!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location and the delightful staff. Traveling alone as a woman, I felt completely safe throughout my visit. The room's amenities were advanced and enjoyable, enhancing the overall experience. The view was simply breathtaking, and the value for the price paid was excellent. I had so much fun that I even forgot to visit the rooftop bar! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's perfect for solo travelers; couples might find it a bit snug, but it's still a wonderful choice.

Le point fort : la vue exceptionnelle depuis le bar du 20e étage (indoor et outdoor), ou depuis votre chambre si vous êtes bien placés. Le bar offre un panorama quasi à 360degrés qui est meilleur que bien des rooftop de NYC

Emplacement. Il y a aussi Soho à 2 pas. Aussi Chinatown et Little Italy (déjà moins romantique). Bon dans la station de métro de Bowery, 3 junkies nous ont accueillis… c’est pas la faute du Citizen M !
L’espace petit dej et réfectoire est aussi de très bonne facture, avec ce mini amphithéâtre!

Surprise la cage d’escalier est remplie de graffitis artistiques du 20e étage au rdc !

Le reste, ben c’est un Citizen M : la chambre est sans surprise … moi j’adore le concept !!
