Hotel rooms are nice and comfortable and good service

I enjoyed staring at this hotel as the location was convenient (though they often time had an issue with hot water and would have to switch rooms) but Unfortunately, I had left a diamond ring behind and called as soon as I was in the Uber, leaving the hotel and was told that the item was safe there and that I can pick it up. When I went to pick up the item a few days later, I was informed that no one knew what I was talking about because there was no incident report. The situation was handled very poorly as if nothing happened. I would definitely book another hotels in the area. There are other places with good prices, and kind staff throughout the city.

No gym, small hotel, nice Italian restaurant.
