Every aspect of the hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the amenities to the rooms themselves. Friendly, professional employees. Central location to easily get to many areas around the city. Well worth the expense and will be staying here again.

We stayed in this hotel for couple of days, the location is perfect! Very close to everything. Couple blocks from Central Park, stores and restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite, the room

This is not a 5 star property. The staff and management lack honesty and professionality. Very manipulative. The worst part is the customer service of hyatt group (world of hyatt). They are irresponsible and dishonest as well. You won't feel safe in this hotel since the people who r running it r not honest. Specifically the operations manager and front desk manager they r the worst I have ever seen in hospitality industry.
There is great noise level from construction site next to the hotel.

A beautiful and luxurious hotel located only one block away from Central park. The service is consistently great, and the hard product is impeccable, especially considering it opened 10 years ago. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I look forward to returning.
