Terrible experience.. I stayed there years ago and it was fantastic but recently feels old and dated. Made sure to call ahead and say I needed a room ready upon arrival as it was a business stay and I needed to quickly shower and head to a meeting. Of course the room wasn’t ready and when I asked is there was another room, or perhaps I could use the gym I was met with “no,” without any further explanation? I asked to speak to a manager who then, of course, gave me a room. I noticed that the size of the bath soaps has shrunk down to almost nothing. On my way out I asked the front desk to tell housekeeping to bring me more body wash. I was met with “no” yet again. Once upon a time there was no “no” in the hospitality industry…. For the price I’d expect a better experience. Perhaps this is the new New York

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt New York! A huge shoutout to Justina, who we worked with before arrival: she carefully planned and executed on making my wife feel super special for her birthday, as well as upgrading us to a very nice suite for our globalist status.

Concierge was really responsive and gave us lots of great tips for NYC and the surrounding areas.

The rooms are very modern, comfortable, I especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors. Our parents loved the hotel and really enjoyed the comfort.

Breakfast was excellent, as one can expect from a Park Hyatt, and the location was convenient to the metro as well as Central Park.

Laurent, Andrew, and the Park Hyatt team are truly setting the bar for NYC hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are always clean. The dining is great. Staff are so friendly and warm. It’s just a 5 star experience every time, which is the best!

I have stayed here twice now in the 1 bedroom suite and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The location is amazing with quick access to multiple subway lines, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Times Square, theater, etc. The service was awesome and they always went above and beyond to help, and I never felt I was inconveniencing them. My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal behind and they shipped it back complimentary with a sweet note to her inside. Room service was offered 24 hrs per day and meals were great (and timely), bed was comfortable, and the overall room was high end with a definite 5 star feel. I was sad to leave! Will definitely be back!
