This hotel staff will treat you like family !

Amazing and spacious rooms , amazing and friendly staff

I can’t thank them enough ! Especially Steven , Anthony and Crystal . They went above and Beyond to take care of me and my girlfriend who was visiting from London.

To All travelers, I recommend 10/10 to stay at this property !

Great location, nice sized rooms. There was construction/ renovation taking place in the lobby area but you couldn't hear any of that once you went to your room.

Homelessness is right outside, but not bothersome during our stay. Rooms were newly redone. Construction is still on going and can be somewhat noisy.

Rooms are small (but that’s to be expected in Manhattan), very expensive for what you’re getting (again just like all of Manhattan); but the worst part is the location. Very unsafe area with homeless and drug addicts lingering just outside the lobby. I would give it one star just based on location, but the staff is nice, so two stars it is.
EDIT: WiFi internet is extremely slow; better to use cellular. Back to one star review.

A mí perspectiva es el mejor hotel en el cual me pude haber hospedado. Desde el primer día que llegue y me recibió Miguel en la recepción me di cuenta de la calidad del servicio del personal.
Atento totalmente, me ayudó a poder pagar la reservación que realice y se tomó la molestia (sin haberlo pedido) de darme una habitación con vista al Empire State solo por haber comentado que era mi primera vez en Nueva York, lo cual agradezco y aprecio demasiado!
Todo el personal que me ha atendido durante la estadía ha Sido formidable.
Cuando vuelves está personal en la recepción que te dicen "Welcome Back", y en cuanto a servicio a cliente me parece excepcional.

La mejor ubicación que existe. Está una estación de metro a media cuadra y Times Square a 5 minutos caminando. Demasiadas tiendas y restaurantes para consumir a la redonda.

Y la instalación de gimnasio es pequeña pero cuenta con lo necesario para hacer ejercicio mientras estés de vacaciones.

El mejor hotel del mundo.

This hotel is a real gem located downtown – you can walk to the touristy areas or hop in a quick Uber or Lyft. The young man who greeted us as we descended from our car, I believe his name was Ruben, was an absolute pleasure. He assisted us with our bags and helped us get to reception for check-in and even recommended a great ramen place as my husband and son were eager to try some Japanese food. It was a quick and easy check-in! The rooms are standard nothing great but we were there for vacation so we did not spend a lot of time indoors.My family and I would definitely return because of the location and staff!

The rates were reasonable for the dates I booked, considering as well that these were two queen sized beds for my family of 4 and not two double beds. Service was great overall. Our request for later check out was granted (Gold Elite Bonvoy status) and Ruben the bell man provided phenomenal service. He was knowledgeable and recommended their car service heading to JFK which saved us a few bucks rather than calling Uber/Lyft directly. We were picked up in a Yukon. Location was good - there were quite a few options for restaurants that were walking distance. I would consider staying at this property again.

Great location, well situated near a metro and walkable from Times Square. Rooms were comfy, spacious and generally clean. Elevator waits can get long so better if located on a floor where you can take the stairs to the buffet. Front desk weren’t too hospitable during our stay but otherwise was generally okay.

Ottimo Hotel per passare qualche giorno a NY, la posizione è vicina alle principali mete turistiche ( Empire State Building , Time Square ...). Al suo interno è presente uno Starbucks, i tavoli messi a disposizione possono esser usati in modo autonomo senza acquistare dal Bar.
L'hotel dispone di una palestra privata ben organizzata e pulita, fornita di asciugamani riutilizzabili.
Le camere sono spaziose e impeccabilmente pulite, anche se la vista su altri edifici potrebbe compromettere leggermente la privacy. Tuttavia, i bagni sono ampi, luminosi e ben tenuti. Il prezzo è ragionevole, specialmente considerando che include il volo durante il periodo natalizio.
In sintesi, questo hotel è altamente raccomandato per chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a New York, offrendo un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e una comoda posizione vicino alle principali attrazioni della città.

The heater in the hotel room was broken and maintenance had already gone home by the time my partner and I realized. The hotel did not offer to switch rooms.

Not a pleasant stay as it was a cold hotel room in the middle of January with no heat. Will not go back.

Hotel was a great place for us to stay just before new years. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only thing we didn't like is walking 37th street to the hotel. It was dark with a fair amount of homeless on the street, so we stayed of 37th until the last second to avoid the sketchy situations. We didn't want to interrupt the "trip" they were having. I would stay there again though.

Had my stay here when I was traveling for work and pleasure and words couldn’t describe how good my experience was. At first I had difficulty with the area and where to go but the manager Robert who I must mention. Was so patient with all my questions and gave me the best experience in a NYC hotel. Definitely would recommend to all my colleagues to stay here! 10/10 experience!
