Hôtel très confortable au coeur de Manhattan et a proximité des transports. Merci a Élodie pour sa gentillesse.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. I liked that thick robes were provided. What I dislike is that a kettle and coffee/tea facilities were not provided. Is this usual at Sofitel Hotels?
Also heard so much noise from the hallway outside my room..
Some of the staff were happy to be at work, others seemed like they hated their jobs and just wanted to go home.
Location was good as it was quite close to Times Square, and Grand Central Terminal.
I would go here again if the price was lower than the alternatives.

Made us feel special for special occasion

Inattentive staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Bell Hops didn’t assist with luggage, reception staff were not helpful. Diamond Status not recognised - no room upgrade and the amenity was pitiful. Room was small and in perpetual darkness due to small window. The corridor on our floor reeked of marijuana. Not worthy of the Sofitel brand.
The reason of throwing away left food of guest at the room as part of hotel rules was just NON SENSE!!!!
if that so you SHOULD had informed upon check in! Also how come you just brutally put in the garbage a sealed macaroons ( the worst part even they said the found nothing in the Fridge actually, are you even for real?
