He viajado varias veces a Nueva York y sin duda alguna, siempre me he alojado en este hotel. Tanto por situación como por relación calidad- precio ha sido mi mejor elección. Las próximas navidades también me alojaré en el Sofitel.

Cet hôtel bien situé est confortable.
Le standing et le service sont cependant loin d’atteindre les expériences d’autres Sofitel déjà visités. Cela reste « basique ».

From check in, to check out, I found all the team members that I interacted with to be professional, courteous, and willing to help. They were friendly, prepared to go "above and beyond", and made me feel like a valued guest throughout. very grateful to all involved.

La localisation est top. Globalement l’hôtel est propre et entretenu. Mais beaucoup d’équipements sont d’une autre époque et l’hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Le personnel est accueillant mais vu le standing de l’hôtel on s’attend à un peu plus de service.
Le rapport qualité prix est un peu décevant selon moi, surtout lorsque l’on compare avec des hôtels de même gamme tarifaire en Asie ou Europe.

The room was spacious and clean, however it needs updating. Furniture is definitely showing wear and tear.
We would definitely chose the Sofitel NYC again.
