I've stayed here for a month every fall for the past 3 years and look forward to returning. Very pleased with my stay, the location, the staff, fair rates, cleanliness. Works perfectly for the way I travel.

I cannot say enough about Hotel 99. They were amazing from day one. My son was in NYC for a 6 month job and did not want to be in a long-term rental. Hotel 99 were so accommodating. The room were like new. Fresh linens towels as well as cleaned weekly by a service at no additional charge. The building was safe and always had someone at the door which made me feel better. The manager was incredible. Really helpful and accommodating with our additional needs. If you are in NYC and looking for a month to month stay this is the best place.

It has an excellent location & lovely staff, especially Ignacio and Darc, and they were always happy to help.
My room was always cleaned properly, and the location was perfect (2-3 minutes away to the 96th station – with the express subway lines). The rooms are a little bit small, just keep it in mind, but they are ok for a month or two, if you are looking for a place to start in the city. highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 month stay at Hotel 99, the staff were the absolute highlight and were happy to help with whatever I needed! My room was always cleaned to a good standard and the location was perfect for short commute into central Manhattan. Special shoutout to Darc, George & Ignacio! :)))
I would recommend to other students too.
