I went there today to see the hotel and they refused to let us in, I came to see for my next trip to Mauritius, I was disappointed with there attitude

Nice place, bad service, bad insulation, uncomfortable bed, I booked a room and they gave me another room, when I complained, they gave me a bad room very far away from everything, it is the last room in the resort ???? I will not repeat the experience

The room is specious, well decorated and clean
The food selections are wide and delicious
Outstanding services
The staff will literally go above and beyond to make your stay memorable
There were some minor downs but I wont bring them up as they were well addressed and solved instantly.
