We spent my honeymoon at the one and only last month. We tried many different hotels in mauritius , but one and only is unique in every way; from the welcoming, the staffs who go to extra mile to make you feel special during your stay, the food, the rooms. Service first! What a thrill to experience top level service for the week that will be an experience if a lifetime thanks to every staff member at the resort. From spa to food to beach services to maintenance crew, it’s top notch. Talking to a manager, he said his job is to ‘remove obstacles’ . WOW was it evident in every aspect of the experience. Thank you all !

We have stayed in many beautiful hotels however this hotel stands out through its exceptional attention for details and providing the highest level of service. I recommend to book a massage at the Spa, the best massage I had so far. Our host Mudon made sure all our request were taken care off.

Ok .. there are some incredible hotels in Mauritius... and this hotel hits a home run.

The service is so personal.. the beach experience is exceptional.. the morning breakfast both the food and the service.. the pools .. the evening buffet ...

By far the most relaxing... elegant.. indulgent..homely.. hotel in Mauritius .. we both absolutely love it

The staff make a hotel .. and in this case it's true... But also the location and the setting makes the hotel too .. beach area is beautiful

Wonderful.. can't wait to return.

Truly a spectacular stay. What makes One & Only so special and worth it as a top notch hotel chain is the service. The proactive behaviour of the employees who anticipate your needs to the last detail is creating a unique experience you have to try to understand. Needless to mention the mouth watering food, luxurious architecture and attention to details.
People are capable of achieving greatness, but the most remarkable part is what they do for the others and how they make them feel.

I stayed on this hotel for a month recently and quiet honestly it's one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff is super friendly and always open to help, the rooms are really comfy and everything is just so clean and well thought.
One of my favorites was definitely the gym, it's wonderfully equiped and the staff there is so professional and prepared it makes it a really good place to train. Special shout-out to Kevin who trained with me a couple of times.

I am amazed by everything at this resort, from the room to the service, food, gym, beaches, and even the smallest details. It is truly a luxurious resort with excellent service. I have been to many five-star hotels on this island, and this is definitely the best. In fact, it is the best hotel I have ever visited. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spectacular property, amazing views

The room is specious, well decorated and clean

The food selections are wide and delicious

Outstanding services

The staff will literally go above and beyond to make your stay memorable

There were some minor downs but I wont bring them up as they were well addressed and solved instantly.
