Lindo hotel muy bien ubicado,en el exterior mucho ruido pero los vidrios son gruesos y pude dormir,muy pintoresca la vista desde la pileta,lindo balcón y linda habitación,lo recomiendo

El hotel muy pintoresco y bonito pero las camas son duras, no nos pusieron sábanas, tuve que pedirlas.Olor a viejo en la habitación y mucho ruido hasta las 3 am por la discoteca.El baño se inunda y tiene escalón peligroso , eso sí, excelente ubicación

Horrible experience. We arrived and attempted to check in around 6pm, but were told that there was a “broken” pipe in the designated room and there were no other rooms available. So we essentially will have to stay at the room with no water, or go to their sister location. At this time it’s so late and we were traveling with a 1 year old, so went to the other hotel. The quality of the sister hotel is noticeably inferior to the one that we booked, smaller room, no elevator, further away from city center and etc. We paid for the more expensive hotel with breakfast and at downtown, but ended up somewhere further away, cheaper, and no breakfast. There was no offer to reimburse the difference or anything along that time. Highly disappointed with the management team.

Posto meraviglioso nel centro di Playa del Carmen. Ogni tipo di servizio ad un passo con spiagge stupende!! Consiglio bar di fronte per una fantastica colazione anche all'italiana buonissima!! Personale carinissimo e disponibile. Piscina molto carina e camere pulite e spaziose dotate di ogni comfort. Ci torneremo se possibile!!!

Petit hôtel agréable et bien situé. Les équipements semblent néanmoins souffrir du temps et de l’humidité qui est très présente dans la chambre.

Le chambre etait spacieuse, avec un bemol : Une lampe de chevet pour le lit deux personnes.
L'accueil est correct, le gardien de l'hôtel est par contre tres désagréable.
L'hôtel de part sa localisation à côté d'une boîte de nuit est extrêmement bruyant. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreille...

La ubicacion es super genial esta muy cerca a la zona turistica, restaurantes y playas.
La alcoba que nos dieron, el baño se inundaba cuando nos bañabamos.
Almohadas muy duras y viejas.
El control del tv no servia.
El cuarto demasiado oscuro con un olor a viejo.
En cuanto al servicio hay personas muy formales como Andres el chico q nos dio la bienvenida como otras personas que tienen una actitud muy fea y fuerte para con los clientes.

Es un hotel bien ubicado, limpio y con bien servicio, lo único q no me gusto es que tardan demasiado en entregar la habitación creo un punto para considerar, el personal amable y servicial.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, primarily due to the staff's unpleasant attitude. They denied me access to my room for over an hour at 1 AM, preventing me from getting the rest I desperately needed. The quality of service was deplorable, with a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. My advice: avoid this place!

hôtel ultra ultra ultra bruyant, on ne peut pas boire d'alcool à la piscine ou se baigner après 21h00 mais les réceptionistes laisse les gens hurler sans aucune raison, toute les nuits c'est le bordel ! ils laissent même les bouracho se baigner et crier après minuit. le silence ici c 3h du matin! Bon courage à ceux souhaitant visiter cette magnifique partie du pays! ha oui la discothèque derrière, mais c'est cadeau à côté des hurlement toute les nuits ! les réceptionistes devraient se rappeler qu'un hôtel c'est aussi fait pour dormir !

When booking this hotel make sure to check all vendors! I booked directly through the hotel and it cost me $140 when other vendors were charging $40 a night. Never saw such big differences in prices so be sure to check.

It was hard to get more than 3 hours of sleep because there's a rooftop bar/club that runs until 3am every day of the week. There was ongoing construction inside the hotel so again sleep was limited to about 4 hours. It's a nice hotel with a very chill vibe. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. I really wanted to give this hotel more than a 2 star. Maybe when I return, I can update this review.

We had a room (106) that smelled like diesel. No other place in the hotel smelled like this. The hotel was really nice but we were near the mechanical room and laundry. Please add some exhaust to those. We actually took video of the hotel because it was so lovely but...

Gelegen in een uitgaansgebied waardoor geluidsoverlast.
Slechte wifi en helaas onvriendelijk personeel.
Kamer was verouderd. Bedden werden enkel opgemaakt, niet verschoond gedurende 4 nachten.
