Très bon hôtel, bien situé à l'intérieur des remparts et proche de la place centrale.
Les chambres sont très bien.
Il manque juste une piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Lo que tengo que resaltar de este lugar es la amabilidad de su personal, personas siempre dispuestas a ayudarte y con ganas de trabajar; las habitaciones son cómodas y están limpias; agradezco mucho el desayuno que incluyen ya que muchas veces cuando quieres salir rápidamente a visitar un lugar, buscar un lugar para desayunar te puede quitar mucho tiempo.

WiFi does not work (fixed after asking). Bed linen stick to you, feel plasticky. Pillows are of very high version only. Bed mattress feels uneven (old?). Good parking. Reception friendly. Not 4 stars, maybe 2-3.

Wouldn't return. The service was very good and the included breakfast was good. The room, however was small and very noisy from inside and outside.

Buena estadía. Sobresale la atención al cliente desde el inicio y eso se agradece.
Cama KS con almohadas y sábanas cómodas, buen espacio de la habitación y sobre todo, estaba muy limpio todo.
Muy buena ubicación para caminar cerca de todo.

Die Zimmer haben gar keine Aussicht. Der Fernseher, Klimaanlage, etc. ist sehr alt. Die Fernbedienung ist eklig verklebt. Das Bad ist nicht wirklich groß. Spülung funktioniert nicht gut und Wasserhahn spritzt. Shampoo, Seife, etc. ist von schlechter Qualität. Obwohl Zimmer für zwei mit Kind, Frühstück inklusive, reserviert, mussten wir für unseren 2-jährigen Sohn Frühstück bezahlen. Das Früstück ist nicht wirklich gut. Für den Preis bekommt man bestimmt etwas Besseres.

This is really a bad choice of hotels, and we have stayed all over Mexico in this same class of hotel. This is one of the worst regarding value or comfort for the price. The breakfast is a joke. The AC is either on HIGH or non- existent. Most of all the staff from the front desk to the restaurant are totally indifferent and unfriendly. The only good thing about this hotel is that the housekeeping ladies were nice. Go somewhere else where your business may be appreciated. Also, there is NO elevator. We are in our 70s and no one on checking or checkout offer to lend a hand with our bags. There were three young women just sitting watching us schleppe our bags. This is interesting, when out taxi arrived on our departing suddenly a hotel man appeared to scuttle our bags we had brought down the stairs to the lobby. He rolled them to the front door. He wanted a tip and like suckers we gave him one ... just to not look like rude tourists.
