Un cadre sylvestre sublime, un narratif culinaire en cohérence avec le lieu, des passages obligés mais également de belles surprises. Rien n’aura manqué à cette expérience. Le petit plus: la carte probablement unique au monde des Chartreuse. Mérite largement une 2e étoile!

I removed a star for lack of commercial attitude. My wife got sick and left for the better part of the meal. There was no sign of compassion either on the final bill or any other way.
I know it cost almost as much as if she had been served all dishes, but that’s a cold way to look at it.
Anyway, there are other ways than a discount to handle that, but we got none of that either.
I didn’t post this a year ago but I was reminded of it after having another slightly underwhelming experience at the bar (slow & inattentive).
I hope the service will improve in the future.
