The hotel is located on the Internaciol city where many com=nferences and MICE event take place, so is a quiet area most of the times except when events take place.The Italian restaurant was fine and the service also friendly.Car parking was easy but the access from the hotel was a bit far.

Absolutely rude personnel. They do not communicate with each other, having each one telling you different stuff and for sure they dont care to prioritize the experience, as they only seem to care to follow the process and not being flexible. Rude, unprofessional. Avoid at any cost because of the stuff. It's obvious they don't know how to run a hotel.
