If I could give this hotel a 3.5 stars I would.
Pros: location is great, staff was wonderfully friendly and attentive. Every request we had was catered to and they kept the rooms very clean.
Cons: giving 3 stars because the experience of actually staying in the room was average. It was a nice big room, but they made the bathroom so uncomfortably small and I’m not sure why. They had so much space to make the bathroom bigger but the counter is literally in your face when you’re trying to use the toilet and water leaks everywhere when you use the shower. Also the AC did not work well at all so if you enjoy sweating all night this is your place.

Très bien situé pour un séjour touristique, cet hôtel propose des chambres agréables et un club très agréable. Personnel souriant et disponible.

Cet hôtel a été une belle découverte. Son emplacement près du centre historique en fait un atout. Par ailleurs, l’équipe est accueillante et a l’écoute. L’apéritivo est un moment agréable. Enfin, la literie est vraiment top. Je reviendrai probablement.
We booked a second story balcony room, it had luxurious high ceilings with double french windows that actually open, which was great for the nights where A/C wasn't needed (the A/C worked great otherwise, and the windows are completely soundproof).
The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the Rhone and the life below.
I agree with other reviews that mention the bathrooms being less than ideal - they are clearly designed for form over function, with the shower leaking into the room and toilet/sink area.
The club zone is pleasant, spacious, and it was nice to pop in for some fruit and cold water after a walk on a hot day.
