First time in Lyon and we stumbled upon this gem. The food is exquisite, with every dish thoughtfully explained, a flavor bomb in each. Arguably the best meal we’ve had since arriving in France. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Where do I even begin? This was hands down, without question, the best dining experience I have ever had and likely ever will.

I had some last minute unplanned travel changes that landed me in Lyon for a few days. Being the gastronomic capital of France, I wanted to dine at as many Michelin Star restaurants as I could. As fortune would have it, I only had a day or two in advance, so I was only able to reserve a table at one. That meant I had time to visit a little restaurant my friend told me I absolutely HAD to try. I'm so glad I took his advice. Words can't do justice to how truly incredible it was, but I'll do my best to describe my experience...

Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was very nice but not pretentious. The kind of place you could go to dressed up for a very special occasion or dressed casually for a delicious lunch. I was dressed very casually and felt as welcome as the man dressed to the nines a few tables from me.

Service: 5

I don't typically write reviews about service because, frankly, I care much more about the food. However, the service here was so above and beyond excellent, I had to include it. My waiter was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but was genuinely kind. I could really tell how much he cared about me and my experience and how passionate he was about the food he was serving. I had similar positive interactions with the rest of the staff as well. In fact, the chef personally reached out to me on Instagram to thank me for mentioning them in my stories. How cool is that?!

I honestly don't know how to even put the food into words. It was indescribably delicious. Every aspect of the meal, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect. No exaggeration, my brain released so much dopamine in response to the meal, I legitimately felt high for at least an hour afterwards. I didn't even know food could do that. It was really that good.

In conclusion:

I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. It's been over a year since I've been and I still think about it almost daily. I feel no need to return to Lyon except to eat here again. You can bet I'll go well out of my way to return. If you have an opportunity, GO!

To the staff, thank you SO much for everything. Dining with you was by far the best part of my trip to France. I can't wait to see you again someday soon!

The food was amazing and well executed, easily one of the best meals we had in Lyon. All the dishes were good from start to end. The leek with caviar and pasta with cheese and truffle were especially good.

The cocktails were delicious and recommended wine pairings went very well with the food.

The service was warm and attentive throughout.

Portions were on the small side for the price but we were comfortably full at the end of the meal. Big eaters may want to go with the largest menu.

It is a family friendly restaurant so diners looking for a romantic atmosphere may want to keep this in mind.

All in, it is highly recommended

Beautiful restaurant with incredible food and service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. The food is delicious and great quality. A wonderful place to go for a meal.

全ての料理が素晴らしかったですが、60€のコースで食べられる鴨肉のメインは人生で一番美味しかったです。また会計にサービス料なども含まれていなく、コスパも大変に良かったので自信を持ってお勧めしたいと思います。

Une merveilleuse découverte. Nous avons partagé un délicieux repas de Saint Valentin. Un personnel ultra souriant et à l'écoute. Les chaises sont très confortables, la cuisine y est délicieuse et pleine de saveurs ensoleillées réalisées avec finesse. Coup de cœur pour la Cheffe d'une jovialité et gentillesse exceptionnelle. Si nous avons relativement bien mangé par contre le prix du menu est vraiment excessif. Pour 90€ nous nous attendions à déguster des produits nobles. Mais en fait non. Des carottes, de pâtes aux anchois, de l'agneau fort gras et une truite peu travaillée. Rien à voir en plus avec le titre du menu qui nous promettait un voyage en Italie. Donc non nous n'y retournerons retournerons certainement pas. Le montant de l'addition nous reste en travers de la gorge.

Nous y avons dîner pour le réveillon de la Saint Sylvestre , en couple. Quelle belle découverte ! Tout y était parfait: de l’accueil au service et bien évidemment la cuisine exquise. Des mélanges surprenants mais tellement délicieux. Et cerise sur le gâteau la cheffe cuisinier ( italienne) est venue à la fin du repas , discuter avec nous et savoir ce que nous avions pensé du repas. Cette femme est d’une gentillesse et d’une douceur incomparable. Le serveur également est plus qu’adorable ainsi que son épouse. Je recommande à 100% et ne manquerai pas d’y revenir lors d’un futur séjour à Lyon. Bravo à l’ensemble de l’équipe. Continuez ainsi !

Great staff, very polite, explained everything, and even the chef came at the end to ask us about our experience. The food was great, tasty, I loved their pasta the most. The vibe is very pleasant, too.
