Donc départ early bird = niet
Our flight was cancelled around midnight, and with our travel agent we were desperately searching for a hotel in Lyon for our group of 10 people. Every place said NO because of the hour. It was already deep into the night we were exhausted, cold, and a little lost… and then came a little light in the dark.
Timour, who was handling everything at the hotel that night, welcomed us like a calm captain in the storm. Even though he was clearly busy, he stayed kind and professional, instantly found a solution and made us feel safe and cared for. In that moment he turned our chaotic night into something warm and human...
That night in Lyon was short and unplanned… but next time, we will return by choice and without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again.
