nettoyage du coin cuisine pas clean
Propreté moyenne : poussière sur plinthes et pieds de table par exemple.
Services :petit dej bien. Ménage dans partie commune à revoir. Personnel à l'accueil : tous ne sont pas souriants et dans dynamique de service.
Emplacement parfait avec parking facilement accessible
Le personnel est très sympathique et soucieux du bien être du client....
Seul bémol à mon avis:
L'inventaire très restreint de l'équipement cuisine.....seulement 2 petites cuillères,pas de torchon,pas de petite casserole,mais ceci est en cours d'amélioration m'a t'on dit????????
However, our experience was marred by a significant cleanliness issue. Despite the initial appearance of cleanliness, we were shocked to find feces on the shower handle, indicating a lack of thoroughness in cleaning. Although we brought this to the attention of the staff, there was no meaningful reparation offered.
The hotel is located relatively close to the Lyon Part-Dieu train station, but it still requires a bit of a walk along a busy boulevard in a charmless urban area. Overall, the cleanliness issue overshadowed an otherwise decent experience.
La chambre était franchement sale, trace de café sur la table, traces de saleté dans la salle de bain (évier, mur, sèche-serviette), taches sur le canapé...
Les draps sentaient le tabac.
La propreté laisse franchement à désirer, néanmoins le personnel est aimable.
Je ne reviendrai pas.
