Hôtel très bien situé. Très bon accueil. La chambre et le lit sont confortables. Petit déjeuner à partir de 27 €. Besoin d'une petite rénovation dans ce cadre de standing.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The location, breakfast, atmosphere, and decor were all amazing. They were only topped by the hospitality! Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to meet our needs. I highly recommend and will be back for sure :)

Our second time to stay and very happy again, we also ate in the restaurant and this was a lovely experience. Your hotel is our destination of choice when staying in Lyon

Enquanto meu pai participava de uma reunião no restaurante do hotel, minha mãe e eu solicitamos educadamente o uso do banheiro. No entanto, fomos surpreendidas pela recepcionista, que nos tratou com desdém e extrema rudeza, como se nossa simples requisição fosse uma inconveniência. Esta falta de consideração e cortesia, especialmente em um momento em que estávamos considerando passar a noite no hotel durante nossa viagem para Courchevel, deixou-nos profundamente desapontadas. Como associados Accor de longa data, não esperávamos tal atendimento em um estabelecimento desse padrão.
