I felt welcome and prepared for even prior to arrival. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and the bed slept like a dream. The room amenities are lovely from the toiletries to the coffee maker. All very well thought out. Perfect place to stay when visiting Lyon and we will stay again next time.

Beautiful hotel with great staff and excellent location right in the center of town. Great restaurant as well. Great little bar.
